Programmes start at 8.00 a.m. and end at 12.00 p.m. During the eight hour break (from 12.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.), in the even-numbered days the first eight hours of the schedule will be repeated, and in the odd-numbered days the last eight hours of the schedule will be repeated. Each specialist session (lasting 30 min.) is repeated at least 527 times during the year, and is divided into 31 repeats of 17 different videos.
The update of content of each session is made every three weeks. At each update of content, all sessions are postponed for half an hour in the programme schedule, and the last one takes the place of the first one. Therefore, in the course of the year, each session equally fills all slots.

The programmes are free to air and they are in English. There are no adverts, but there is a sponsor. Images are always accompanied by a voice commentary.
