Often, the members of a professional community are not aware of the fact that the tacit knowledge they need might be available within the community itself.
This happens because they are not aware of what they "do not know", of the extent of the available knowledge within the community, nor of how much they could improve if they only could share such knowledge.
In fact, the members' personal or professional priorities often compete with training and cultural activities of the professional communities. Such remarks highlight the fact that the community must take part in knowledge sharing in a simple, easy way through ICT (Information Communication Technology) systems, which allows the access to knowledge through daily habits such as, for example, the use of television.
